House Finch Leafing Branches depicts a house finch perched upon a branch over a nonrepresentational background. The branches are painted in flourescent paint and glow over the background. I finished this piece the day I accepted the art faculty position at Glen Oaks Community College. It has appeared in the Arcadia Abstracts solo show at Concordia University Irvine.
